Airframe Assurance – Lifetime Structural Protection Effective for all new Airborne titanium bicycles and frames purchased from Airborne or an authorized Airborne dealer on or after January 1, 2026.

What Airframe Assurance Covers Airborne Bicycle Co. warrants to the original owner that each new Airborne titanium airframe (frame) and every THETA component shall be free from manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner.

In the event of a covered defect, Airborne Bicycle Co. at its sole discretion, will replace the defective airframe or component (or provide a comparable model if the original is discontinued) at no charge to the original owner.

Registration Requirement To activate Airframe Assurance, the original owner must complete online registration with proof of purchase within 30 days of delivery. Registration is quick, free, and required.

Crash Replacement Program Should your airframe or THETA component suffer damage in a crash or accident (not covered under the standard warranty), Airborne offers a 50% discount off current retail price for a replacement airframe or THETA component of comparable value or specification.

• Available once per owner.
• Requires return of the damaged item and proof of purchase.
• Customer is responsible for shipping both ways and any labor costs incurred to transfer components in the instance of a complete bike.

What Airframe Assurance Does Not Cover This is a limited warranty. It does not cover, and is void in the case of:

• Normal wear and tear, including the results of material fatigue (a natural occurrence in any bicycle frame regardless of material).
• Damage caused by abuse, neglect, misuse, modification, alteration, improper assembly, improper maintenance, accident (except as covered under the Crash Replacement Program), or commercial use.
• Cosmetic issues, paint, decals, scratches, dents, or surface finish.
• Any components or accessories not manufactured by Airborne Bicycle Co. (these carry the original manufacturer’s warranty).
• Damage during shipping.
• Any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of use, pain and suffering, or economic loss.

Airborne Bicycle Co. reserves the right to inspect any claim and make the final determination on coverage. All shipping costs to Airborne or an Airborne certified dealer are the responsibility of the owner. The customer is responsible for disassembly and reassembly of components.

Limitations & Legal Notes This warranty is non-transferable except through the Airframe Recertification Program (see below). It gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or country. Airborne Bicycle Co. makes no other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Airborne’s liability is strictly limited to replacement as described.

Bicycle riding involves inherent risks. Proper inspection, maintenance, and periodic professional service are the owner’s responsibility.

Airframe Recertification Program Making Your Investment Transferable — The Airborne Difference

For a one-time $150 inspection fee, any original owner may submit the complete airframe or complete bicycle to Airborne or an Authorized Airborne Dealer for a full Airframe Recertification Inspection.

This professional evaluation follows aviation-inspired protocols: detailed checks for structural integrity, alignment, fatigue indicators, corrosion, and overall airworthiness.

If the airframe passes, we will issue an official Airframe Recertification Certificate — and Airframe Assurance immediately extends to the new owner for life.

How to Initiate a Claim or Recertification

1. Visit www.Airborne.Bike and submit the online Airframe Recertification form
2. Provide proof of purchase, photos, and description.
3. We will issue an RA number and guide you through the process.
